Chả Giò — Vietnamese fried spring rolls — are an essential part of any Vietnamese meal and one of the most loved items on our menu at Pho Binh Minh Restaurant. Our spring rolls are made in-house using a traditional recipe: a mixture of ground pork, shrimp, taro, glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, and aromatic seasonings, wrapped tightly in delicate rice paper and deep-fried until shatteringly crisp.
The traditional way to enjoy them is wrapped in a lettuce leaf with fresh mint and Vietnamese coriander, then dipped in nuoc cham. The contrast of the crispy roll, cool herbs, and tangy sauce creates a perfect bite that captures the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. Our spring rolls are available as a standalone appetizer or as a topping on vermicelli bowls.
